Timeline
Phase 1 (Nov - Dec)
Foundation & Matching
We select ambitious MSMEs and high-potential student teams. The journey begins at the Kick-off event where teams are matched to their challenge.
Phase 2 (Dec - Jan)
The 10-Week ExO Sprint
- he heart of the program. Teams immerse themselves in their challenge and apply the ExO framework to rapidly build a working Proof of Concept (POC).
- Core Track: For teams improving an MSME’s existing business.
- Edge Track: For teams building a new product or venture for an MSME.
Phase 3 ( Feb - Mar)
MVP Development
- Teams take their validated POC and develop it into a robust, user-ready Minimum Viable Product (MVP), working closely with their MSME mentor.
Phase 4
Demo Day
- The grand finale. All teams take the stage to demonstrate their final solutions to an audience of industry leaders, investors, and the Nagpur community.
