Your Commitment
This is a high-engagement program. Your active participation is crucial. We require:
- A Dedicated Mentor: A point person from your company to guide the student team.

During the 10-Week ExO Sprint (Dec-Feb):
→ 2-3 hours per week for your mentor to attend feedback and validation sessions at a designated venue.
→ 4-6 hours per week for your internal team to work on related activities - For the Rest of the Program: 2-3 hours per month for check-ins.

No, the program is completely free for selected MSMEs. Your investment is your time and commitment.
An NDA is signed at the beginning to protect your information. IP ownership is determined by a separate, simple agreement facilitated by the program, with options for licensing or acquisition.
We are looking for both "Core" challenges (improving what you already do) and "Edge" challenges (creating something new). The key is that the challenge is a real bottleneck to your growth.
